JACQUELINE GREENFIELD, CNM
(212) 423-6489 (office)
(914) 232-3361

I’ve been a certified nurse-midwife more than 18 years.  I work in a supportive New York City teaching hospital on 1st Avenue and 97th Street.  Mine is a full-scope OB/GYN practice with seven other dedicated and talented midwives.  We offer medication-free birth, large birthing rooms with shower, unlimited number of support people, and private postpartum rooms.  If the baby has no immediate health concerns, we promote skin to skin contact for an hour after the birth, as well as breastfeeding support.  If you desire medication, we have nitrous oxide as well as IV sedation and epidural anesthesia.   We support any and all of your choices.  We also offer personalized gynecological care and all forms of family planning.  Call to arrange a private tour with me or one of my colleagues.

KATHY HERRON has been a midwife since 1986. She created her private practice, Full Circle Women's Health, in 2000 -- Westchester's only midwife-owned, independent, midwifery practice with hospital admitting privileges. Full Circle is now Midwifery at Harrison and part of the Northwell system, providing us with a strong infrastructure and enabling us to take most insurances. Our group of 5 midwives still offers the close relationships and personalized attention that is the foundation of our midwifery care. Office visits are at our center in Harrison, and births are at Phelps in Sleepy Hollow—a certified Baby-Friendly hospital with the most midwives and the lowest cesarean rates in the area.

Kathy took a 4-year break from caring for pregnant women to nurture the next generation of midwives as an assistant professor for the Midwifery Institute at Jefferson. During that time, she maintained a gynecology practice, providing gentle and empowering care to women from a teen's first visit through the post-menopausal years. Her special interest is helping women with sexual pain and dysfunction, collaborating with a pelvic-floor physical therapist. They take a holistic and caring approach to the diagnosis and treatment of the many conditions that can contribute to this issue.

Kathy is now back to full-time, full-scope practice, caring again for pregnant and birthing women and continuing her gynecology care as well.

Kathy welcomes new and existing clients for pregnancy, gynecology, or sexual health appointments.

She has been serving the online community with a rapidly growing following on social media of over 69,000 women and the professionals who serve them, around the world.

Through her online childbirth course 'Love Your Birth', her online and in-person midwifery for pregnancy and postpartum support consultations, her birth professional mentoring, her holistic gynecology and traveling homebirth midwifery offerings she infuses wisdom, compassion, inspiration, and joy into the entire process of women’s wellness from mama-hood to menopause.

Anne’s work, insights and advice have been seen on TV shows and movies including 4 episodes of “A Baby Story” on TLC and the Discovery Channel, and the award winning feature documentary, 'Orgasmic Birth.' She has been interviewed for local and national radio programs and podcasts. Anne has also been a featured speaker and expert panelist at distinguished events for Weil-Cornell School of Medicine, the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing, and the RCC State University of New York School of Nursing to name a few.

She has midwifed mommas and babies for over two decades, with clients describing her as “passionate, sensitive, big hearted, and a playful ball of light.” When she’s not helping mommas around the world you can find her doing yoga (anywhere and everywhere), dancing, traveling, enjoying family time and watching comedy.

Anne teaches women life skills - tools for not only coping with, but also loving their experience, however it unfolds, whatever challenges they face along the way. Anne helps mommas create and live in their joy, find their authentic voice, and their divine feminine power and strength as women. She preserves the sacred space so that a women's body can do what it needs to do to fully surrender to the process, and still be completely empowered and worshipped like a goddess during her birth. When Anne helps a woman with her pregnancy, birth, or with postpartum, she has been told that it changes the mom’s life and her baby’s life forever. It becomes a family experience that ripples out to impact everyone and it enhances the lives and relationships of all whom they touch. Anne is so thrilled that after over twenty years of working with her local community she is now able to support mommas to have incredible journeys to birth and mama-hood, no matter where they live or what their plans are. Anne feels the more we can share information and create environments for empowered births and living, the more healthy, happy and vibrant families can be.

Anne is the two-time number one bestselling author of "Natural Birth Secrets: An Insider's Guide How To Give Birth Holistically, Healthfully and Safely, and Love the Experience," and "Trauma Release Formula: The Revolutionary Step by Step Program for Eliminating Effects of Childhood Abuse, Trauma, Emotional Pain and Crippling Inner Stress, to Living in Joy without Drugs or Therapy."
