Hudson Valley Birth Network is a group founded on the belief that birth is a normal, natural, physiological event. Birth can deeply affect our physical, mental and spiritual well-being. By making informed choices and having confidence in the process, families can experience safe and satisfying childbirth. The goal of the Hudson Valley Birth Network is to promote awareness and availability of childbirth options through:

Information We provide education for consumers and professionals about childbearing and parenting options, believing that responsible decisions can be made only when full information is available.

Support We ensure that families have a network of experienced, educated and encouraging people to help them make informed choices and enjoy birth and parenting.

Advocacy We offer comprehensive and up-to-date information via classes, seminars, workshops and referral services.
