Hi, I’m a Certified Birth & Postpartum Doula and Certified Breastfeeding Counselor passionate about providing nurturing, evidence-based, and hands-on support for families.
I strongly believe parents deserve clear information, genuine support, and the space to make fully informed decisions about their care. My role is never to direct, but to empower — helping you feel confident, prepared, and supported every step of the way.
My journey into doula work is personal. Becoming a mother at a young age without the support I needed showed me just how much compassionate guidance matters. That experience shaped not only my career, but the way I care for every family I work with. Today, I’m also the proud mom of an amazing 7-year-old daughter.
With a background in social work, I bring patience, understanding, and adaptability into every birth space. And yes — I always arrive with my famous “bag of tricks,” packed with relaxation tools, comfort measures, and practical techniques to help you feel more at ease during labor and birth.
