As a homeopath, my main interest is working with woman and children. In particular, around pregnancy, birth and postpartum healthcare for both mother and baby. I am deeply committed to my patients and the larger community offering alternative healthcare with a focus on increasing vitality and maximizing self-healing. I have been practicing since graduating from the New York school of homeopathy in 2002 and I am certified by the Council for Homeopathic Certification.

DR. BRONWYN FITZ is double board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Integrative Medicine.  In her practice she melds traditional medicine with non-Western approaches, nutrition, botanicals, mind/body therapies, lifestyle interventions, bioidentical hormones and functional medicine to help women address their health concerns.  She specializes in women’s health including preconception care, irregular/painful periods, PMS and PMDD, vaginitis, HPV, cancer risk reduction, fibroids, endometriosis, PCOS, peri-menopause, menopause, thyroid disease, adrenal dysfunction, weight loss, irritable bowel, small intestinal bacterial overgrowth, insomnia, anxiety, and depression.

Bronwyn got her medical degree at Northwestern University and completed her Ob Gyn training at the University of Maryland.  After working for more than a decade in traditional gynecological practices, she became interested in finding a way to incorporate more holistic approaches with patients.  Her interest in mindfulness and meditation lead her to pursue a two-year fellowship at the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine, under the leadership of world renowned Integrative physician, Dr. Andrew Weil.  During that time Bronwyn also began studying Functional Medicine.  After completing her fellowship, she worked at the Blum Center for Health in Rye Brook, NY under the mentorship of nationally recognized Functional Medicine expert, Dr. Susan Blum.

In December 2017, Dr. Fitz started her own private practice, Women’s Integrative Health.  Her goal was to create a very small, consultation practice where she could truly devote herself to patient care in a holistic environment where every woman would feel welcome and completely at home.

My vision: Listen to each patient. Know her story. Understand her goals. Be her guide to optimal wellness.
