Chiropractor DR. NICOLE MARSHALL received her undergraduate degree in Biological Science from Northeast’s premier public university, SUNY Binghamton.  From there she went on to receive her Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls, NY. While completing her Doctorate Degree, Dr. Marshall double-majored and also received her Masters of Science in Applied Clinical Nutrition. She now practices in Mount Kisco, promoting health care, pain management, and wellness to the families of her community throughout the Hudson Valley region.

Dr. Marshall is a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association and is Webster Certified. The Webster Technique is a safe and effective treatment specifically designed to restore proper pelvic alignment and functionality during pregnancy. The body is susceptible to physiological and biomechanical stress, both of which often cause tightened muscles, ligaments, and restricted joints surrounding the low back and pelvic region. Dr. Marshall focuses on an overall approach utilizing Active Release Technique, Webster Technique, and Diversified Chiropractic Manipulation to reinstitute neuro-biomechanical function into the spine. This combination of therapies has been proven to provide long-lasting relief of pain and discomfort, as well as to ensure a noticeable reduction in labor and delivery time. In many cases it improves the positioning of the baby in utero for a safer, healthier, and easier natural vaginal birth.

Dr. Marshall acknowledges the importance of chiropractic care and diagnostic excellence and believes in the philosophy of teaching and educating patients through excellent communication skills. Her hardworking and ethical practice makes her a loyal, ambitious, trustworthy, and personable member of the Hudson Valley Birth Network team.

MARGARET READY DC

Hi. I’m Dr. Margaret Ready! I’m a holistic bodyworker and chiropractor with a focus on prenatal, postpartum, and pediatric bodies, but as an inclusive healer, I welcome all bodies into my practice.

I am committed to birth education and empowering families to make informed decisions about their bodies. I am certified in the Webster technique and utilize various chiropractic modalities, soft tissue therapies, and hypopressive breath practices to help my patients heal and find structural and emotional balance. I am certified in Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT) using the Gillespie Approach, a highly effective yet gentle technique that helps to unwind fascial tension in the body and help my pediatric and newborn patients release tension from in-utero constraint, oral ties or tightness from an intense birth journey.

I am originally from Detroit but have recently relocated (2023) from Brooklyn to land in Beacon. I am a single mama of a wild and wonderful three-year old and most of my freetime is spent momming, enjoying good food, moving my body, listening to podcasts, laughing and cooking.

I look forward to working with you and your family!
