Susan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Psychotherapist who maintains a private practice in Mount Kisco and Manhattan.  She provides group and individual therapy to women dealing with the stresses and challenges associated with motherhood.   Additionally, she has an extensive background working with individuals who have a family member diagnosed with mental retardation/developmental disability and those with a family member diagnosed with a mental illness. 

Susan provides psychotherapy to adolescents, young adults and adults.  Her unique style provides a safe, supportive and empathic atmosphere which allows her clients to explore their anxiety, depression, relationship issues and trauma history.

Susan received her Masters Degree in Social Work from Columbia University.  She has ten years of experience working in the field.  Susan continues to expand her repertoire and is pursuing post-graduate psychotherapy training at the National Institute for the Psychotherapies (NIP) in Manhattan.

Linda’s exciting 30 year journey supporting new mothers and breastfeeding families in both the hospital and home setting led her to become an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant in 2003. Linda is currently working with breastfeeding mothers at Hudson Valley Hospital Center where she also runs a prenatal breastfeeding class and a breastfeeding support group for new mothers.

Carol Merle-Fishman is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Creative Arts Therapist, certified in Clinical Transactional Analysis and Music Therapy. She is also trained in Gestalt Therapy and Integrative Psychotherapy. She has a private practice in Cortlandt Manor, New York, where she works with individuals, groups and couples. As the mother of two teenage daughters, Carol has developed a particular interest and specialty in women’s issues such as postpartum adjustment, raising a family, balancing home and career, and other women’s issues. In addition to her regular practice, she leads MOTHERS TALKING, a support group for postpartum women. She offers counseling for couples facing the challenges of parenthood.
